Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/ server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, along with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while expertly crafting beverages and managing bar operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and special requests from guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
