Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Maintain a positive team environment by providing leadership, motivation, and support
- Handle administrative tasks related to restaurant management such as budgeting and staffing decisions
- Serve as the primary representative of the restaurant in community engagement and marketing efforts
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive background in food preparation or food service operations
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management practices, including food safety standards and kitchen operations
