Duties
- Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms like Lever, iCIMS, and Workday.
- Support onboarding and training programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires and ongoing employee development.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data using systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, and Dayforce for efficient human resources management.
- Coordinate employee relations activities by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Contribute to change management initiatives by assisting with communication plans and project management tasks related to HR system implementations like Ceridian or Kronos.
- Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes related to staffing, payroll, and workforce planning.
- Assist with payroll processing activities ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements using systems like ADP or Paycom.
Skills
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Kronos.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition tools including ATS systems like Lever, iCIMS, or Greenhouse.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or Dayforce for accurate data entry and processing.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and facilitate training sessions.
- Experience in change management processes and implementing HR technology solutions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
