NAHVAC is the authorized distributor of a Fortune 500 HVAC brand in Western Canada. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Sales professional based in Calgary to support business growth throughout Alberta and other regions across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Visit customers regularly throughout Alberta and travel across Canada as required
- Promote the company's residential and light commercial HVAC products
- Provide technical support, product recommendations, and application solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and manage projects through completion
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical training, and customer presentations
- Organize customer engagement activities such as Lunch & Learns, Counter Days, and trade shows
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
- Stay current with the company's product portfolio, HVAC technologies, and market trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC industry experience in technical sales or a related technical role
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to provide technical recommendations and solutions for customer applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Based in Calgary, AB
- Willing to travel frequently throughout Alberta and across Canada
- Valid driver's license
Assets
- Experience working for an HVAC manufacturer or distributor
- Experience in commercial HVAC sales is considered a strong asset
- Familiarity with residential and light commercial HVAC product categories and applications
- Existing relationships within the Alberta HVAC industry
