Pay: $42.40/hour + Profit Sharing
Shift: 8-hour rotating day shifts, Monday–Friday
We are currently seeking an experienced Red Seal Millwright / Industrial Mechanic to join the maintenance team of an established manufacturing facility in Richmond, BC. What You'll Do

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and plant equipment

Maintain and troubleshoot equipment including printing presses, laminators, extruders, slitting machines, and conveyors

Fabricate and replace parts, perform welding, and assist with inventory and material ordering

Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications

Work closely with production to identify equipment improvements and minimize downtime

Provide on-call support for equipment breakdowns as required

Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a respectful workplace
What We're Looking For

Red Seal Millwright / Industrial Mechanic certification (BC or Interprovincial)

5+ years of journeyman-level experience; 7+ years preferred

Strong experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production environments

Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial production equipment

Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications

Welding/machinist certification (CWB) is an asset

Forklift and scissor lift experience/certification is an asset

Comfortable with computer systems, including Microsoft Office

Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and reducing production downtime
