Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
- Cook menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Adhere to serving standards and assist with plating dishes for presentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
