Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sales cum Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, dealership experience, and excellent negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial performance, enhancing customer service, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial strategies aligned with company goals to ensure sustainable growth.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Lead financial reporting activities, including preparing accurate statements and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize revenue streams and improve profitability through effective financial planning.
- Negotiate contracts and financial terms with vendors, partners, and clients to maximize value.
- Monitor cash flow, manage accounts receivable/payable, and oversee treasury functions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to finance operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance staff, fostering professional development and team cohesion.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to financial products or services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services with a strong understanding of dealership operations preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, sales support, and customer service within a financial context.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience managing finance teams or departments is highly desirable.
Pay: Up to $175,015.94 per year
