Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour (Based on experience)
Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Our staffing agency is currently recruiting Full-Time Production Associates for our client, a well-established powder coating and manufacturing company in Mississauga.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term employment with the potential to be hired directly by the client after approximately 3 months.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on production needs, duties may include:
- Powder coating preparation and painting support
- Conveyor line operation and line setting
- Loading and unloading steel materials
- Hanging and removing parts from production lines
- Plugging, capping, masking, and racking parts
- Quality inspection (QC)
- Packing finished products
- General production and warehouse support
Work Environment
This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment that involves:
- Standing and walking for the entire shift
- Heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs)
- Hot, dusty, and physically demanding conditions
- Working efficiently to meet production targets

Requirements
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset
- Steel handling, powder coating, shipping/receiving, forklift, or production experience is preferred but not required
