We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our sports facility, gain hands-on experience in facility management, and some exposure to marketing and social media.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Assistant Facility Manager, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for athletes and clients. Your role will include:
- Assisting with day-to-day facility operations (opening/closing, scheduling, setup, cleanliness)
- Coordinating programs, rentals, and team activities
- Providing front-line customer service to athletes, parents, and coaches
- Supporting event execution (camps, games, tournaments)
- Maintaining equipment and assisting with inventory management
- Assisting with basic social media content (photos, short videos, posting updates)
- Supporting marketing efforts to promote programs and events

What You’ll Need
- 0-2 year’s experience in operations, sports, retail or customer service
- Recent graduate (or soon-to-be) in Sports Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- A background or interest in sports/athletics
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms preferred (Instagram, X, Facebook)
- First Aid with CPR C and AED certification
- Police record check
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Schedule & Details
· 20–35 hours per week (varies by season)
· Evening and weekend availability is required
· Reliable transportation is needed (location is outside major bus routes)
