We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to restaurant standards and recipes
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
