Red Door Cleaning is looking for a reliable, friendly team member to join us at a beautiful church in Sherwood Park. You'll be working alongside another experienced Red Door employee to help keep the building clean, welcoming, and ready for the hundreds of people who use it each weekend.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income while working around an existing full-time job.
Schedule
Saturday: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Start Date: September 1
Pay: $20.00 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Cleaning common areas throughout the church
- Cleaning children's ministry spaces
- Touch-point disinfecting
- Vacuuming, mopping, and general housekeeping
- Cleaning between and after church services
- Working respectfully around church staff, volunteers, and attendees while services and events are taking place
- Helping ensure the building remains clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the weekend
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, dependable, and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working around people while maintaining a professional attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
Requirements
- Valid WHMIS certification (required)
- Clean Criminal Record Check (required)
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle to travel to and from the worksite
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
