Northstar is seeking an energetic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team. Duties
- Coordinate, track, and follow through on projects assigned by the GM.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Support cross-department initiatives with clear communication and follow-up.
- Build and maintain business reports in excel with accuracy and clarity.
- Provide analytical insight into business performance to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Create, edit, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Translate data and project updates into clear, engaging visual formats.
- Manage the GM’s calendar, ensuring scheduling priorities are maintained.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate communications internally and externally on behalf of the GM.
- Oversee and update corporate social media accounts for the GN’s business.
- Draft, schedule, and track content to align with brand and communication strategies.
- Monitor engagement and provide feedback reports.
Skills
- 2 years experience in an administrative role preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- Keen attention to details.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Resourceful and flexible.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
