About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to grow our client base in the Greater Edmonton area. This position is ideal for someone who’s independent, customer-focused, and driven by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and existing customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service is an asset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Compensation:
This is a salary & commission role with uncapped earning potential.
