Job Summary
The Facilities Associate role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment at Southwest Fire Academy. This includes overseeing the daily upkeep of facilities, supporting training operation and ensuring equipment is ready and well maintained for instructional use.
Responsibilities
- Daily upkeep: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including classroom, common areas, restrooms, apparatus bay and offices.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and report needed.
- Seasonal and exterior maintenance: Snow removal and lawn care
- Inspect and maintain equipment
- Clean and disinfect equipment and PPE
- Training support: Set up and clean up of equipment used in training
- Student onsite orientations
Qualifications
- First Aid CPR-C/AED
- Preferred - DZ License
- Preferred - NFPA 1001 - Firefighter I/II

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
