Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations of the Creative Cooking storefront, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service oversight.
Assist with food safety compliance, quality control procedures, and adherence to provincial health and manufacturing regulations.
Support wholesale operations, including order fulfillment, production planning, and coordination with grocery and specialty food retailers
Assist in product development, recipe testing, and scaling of products for retail and wholesale distribution
Contribute to supplier coordination, ingredient sourcing, and cost control strategies
Assist with staff training, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency improvements
Support business development initiatives, including market research, pricing strategies, and expansion planning
Assist with sales tracking, reporting, and performance analysis to support operational and growth decisions

Experience:
- Cooking / managing store front : 2 years (preferred)
