We are looking to expand our team with a Shop Coordinator.
The main duties of a Shop Coordinator will include:
- Inventory tracking & parts organization
- Ordering and picking up parts.
- Communicating with clients to provide updates on work progress.
- Driving company vehicles, including cars, trucks, and some heavy-duty equipment, both on-site and on the road.
- Completing, sending out, and collecting payment for invoices.
- Maintaining overall tidiness of shop
The right candidate will have:
- must be comfortable working in variable conditions, including cold, hot, and wet environments, and must dress appropriately for the weather.
- Class 5 or 7 license with a clean drivers abstract
- Knowledge of automotive, heavy trucks or equipment
- A good memory and time management skills
- The ability to lift 50lbs regularly
- A motivated and professional attitude
** Heavy Duty / Automotive / Commercial Truck Technician Apprentices need not apply. Position is not suited for Apprentice Technicians **
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
