Math and Reading Assistant - for students 3 year old to grade 12
This position will begin in August or September and requires a minimum one-year commitment.
We are open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm-8pm and Saturdays (September): 9:45 am-1:30pm
Part-Time Centre Assistant
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable individual with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team! This is a part-time, entry-level, permanent position of up to 16 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Marking student worksheets accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and pulling student worksheets.
- Data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting students during class and supporting instructors as needed.
Applicants must:
- Be quick, accurate, and efficient in completing tasks.
- Have strong Math and English skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Enjoy working with children and be comfortable assisting young learners.
- Be punctual, reliable, and organized.
- Be available to work at least two shifts per week during the following hours:
- Tuesday to Thursdays: 3:30 p.m. – 8p.m. (hours may vary)
- Saturday: 9:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Be willing to provide a Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check if hired.
