Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and reliable Plasterers and labourers to join our construction team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for applying plaster and related materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth, durable finishes, mixing and preparing mud for application and properly covering doors and windows, patios etc.. prior to application. This role requires a strong understanding of stucco techniques, blueprint reading, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, comfortable working at heights (scaffolding) and (ladders), Able to work 8 hours Monday-Friday. The Plasterers and labourers will contribute to high-quality building projects both commercial and residential ensuring surfaces meet specified standards and client expectations. (Must have your own reliable transportation) first aid is an asset aswell. Experience needed for plasterers but well provide training for new labourers.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by covering and taping windows, doors and patios, etc..
- Mix plaster, cement, or other materials according to project specifications.
- Apply plaster using trowels, brushes, to walls, ceilings, and other structures.
- Ensure proper curing and finishing of plastered surfaces for optimal appearance and durability.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly.
Experience
- Proven experience in stucco or related trades is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with plastering techniques and materials is essential.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading is highly desirable for accurate project execution.
- Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various construction tasks.
