Operations & Bookkeeping Assistant – Part Time
Summit Earthworx is looking for a part-time Operations & Bookkeeping Assistant to help support our growing trucking, skid steer, and coordinating operations based out of Spruce Grove.
We are looking for someone organized, reliable, and proactive who can help keep day-to-day office operations and bookkeeping tasks running smoothly.
Responsibilities may include:
- Invoicing and tracking payments
- Payroll support and payroll entry
- Credit card reconciliations
- Organizing receipts and documents
- Basic bookkeeping and QuickBooks entries
- Insurance updates (adding/removing equipment and operators)
- Email and phone support
- Assisting with operational organization and scheduling
- General office and administrative support
Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, construction, trucking, or office operations is considered an asset.
Position Details:
- Part-time initially (approximately 10–15 hours/week)
- Flexible schedule
- Combination of remote and in-office work may be available
