About the Role
We are currently hiring for a full-time Lily Pond Shoppe Terrace Server position. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Providing professional, attentive table service from greeting through payment while maintaining clean, well-prepared tables

Communicating clearly with the Shoppe and internal teams to ensure smooth service and a seamless guest experience

Recommending and serving beverages and wine, following proper service standards and accurately processing orders and payments

Coordinating snack service, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate table settings for guests

Supporting daily operations through side duties, opening/closing tasks, and contributing to a collaborative team environment

What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous serving experience; wine or beverage service experience is an asset.

Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Is comfortable recommending and speaking about wine; willingness to learn is essential.

Has the ability to manage multiple tables and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Has high attention to detail, cleanliness, and service standards.
