Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to customer care, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology related to health and wellness. The Registered Massage Therapist will create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs in a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual health concerns and treatment goals
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage client flow to maximize service quality
- Uphold professional standards of hygiene, confidentiality, and customer service at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong communication skills for effectively explaining treatment procedures and addressing client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Attention to detail in documenting treatments and maintaining client records
- Certification as a Licensed or Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
