We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring all dishes are prepared efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff during service hours.
- Train new team members on food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to maintain excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Uphold a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
- Previous restaurant experience with a focus on serving customers efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Excellent skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and meal presentation.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, demonstrating leadership qualities and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in the food industry is a plus.
- Must have relevant kitchen experience with a solid understanding of restaurant workflows.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
