Identify, among quality escapes, the risks related to product safety, customer satisfaction, and production flow.
-
Lead customer communication regarding these risks and provide support to the Quality Assurance teams to ensure product compliance.
-
Analyze performance related to the processing of NOEs and QSRs.
-
Contribute to improving the management of uncontained defects by reducing processing times and implementing preventive measures.

Facilitate customer communication during NOE and QSR meetings, including discussions and decision-making.
-
Support the Quality Assurance team in applying established processes.
-
Map risks related to production flow and product safety associated with NOEs and/or QSRs.
-
Consolidate NOE and QSR performance metrics for the Quality function and the VSM.
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) on cross-functional and/or critical issues.

Escalate major technical or procedural issues and define the appropriate resolution strategy.

Support the QSR/NOE Process Owners in defining and implementing necessary improvements.
