The Frankford Youth Centre is hiring! We are looking for a Director who will lead FYC, a Christian Youth Centre in Frankford, Ontario, in fulfilling its mission: “To love and serve the youth of Frankford in positive and practical ways.”
Under the general direction of the FYC Board of Directors, the Director will plan,
develop, and implement attractive programs to provide community development and
engagement opportunities that address recognized needs for youth in Frankford. The
Director will manage program development, marketing, maintenance, administration,
and supervise paid or volunteer staff and seasonal personnel.
Candidates should be a university or college graduate in a related youth ministry,
community development or social work program or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. Please note, Your employment will be conditional on abiding by the policy & procedure manual and a favorable result in a current Venerable Sector Check which is to be kept on file and redone yearly.
The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for an annual salary starting at $50,000 per year. The successful candidate will start August 17, 2026 and work with the Interim Director for two weeks and then begin on their own August 31, 2026
