You Are
You are a strategic and detail-oriented copywriter with a passion for creating clear, compelling, and compliant content—especially in highly regulated industries. As a Senior Copywriter, you will serve as a key creative contributor embedded within an internal creative agency team made up of high-performing, collaborative professionals focused on delivering measurable value.
In this role, you will develop messaging concepts and write persuasive copy across multiple channels, including email, banner, print, and other digital and offline touchpoints. You are equally comfortable creating original content from scratch and transforming previously approved copy into fresh, engaging narratives that resonate with customers. You thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment and enjoy being involved in every stage of the creative process—from concepting and drafting to refining and final approval.
The Work
Develop original messaging concepts and copy, as well as adapt and repurpose approved content into copy decks aligned with creative briefs
Create promotional materials across multiple therapeutic areas, including respiratory, oncology, vaccines, and specialty
Write for both branded and unbranded initiatives, as well as healthcare provider (HCP) and patient-facing materials
Produce compelling copy across digital and print channels, ensuring consistency in tone, message, and customer experience
Refine and enhance client-created copy by crafting strong alternative options that maximize clarity, engagement, and impact
Partner closely with marketing stakeholders as an embedded team member to ideate, develop, and deliver creative solutions efficiently
Contribute as a key support and ideation partner within the Content Studio creative team, helping shape patient-, HCP-, and payer-focused messaging and integrating it across broader campaign and project components
Present copy to clients and clearly articulate how the work aligns to the brief, brand strategy, and business objectives
Ensure all copy meets standards for quality, medical accuracy, and health literacy
Copyedit and proof layout files to confirm copy accuracy and consistency throughout all stages of development
Prepare materials for promotional review, including legal, medical, regulatory, and editorial review, and participate in review meetings as needed to help resolve feedback and accelerate approvals
Accurately substantiate and reference both original and repurposed copy
Use and interpret multiple source documents while creating and reviewing content, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, internal GSK guidance, style guides, and project-specific standards
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously across varying stages of completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Follow established workflows and detailed processes within project management and content routing systems.
Here’s What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree required
4+ years of agency, marketing, or related copywriting experience
Experience writing and editing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space
Portfolio of writing samples required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Experience with SmartSheet and Veeva is a plus
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
