Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in downloading the app and all issues regarding the usage of the app
- Answer customers' enquires in person, over the phone or via email or WeChat
- Make phone calls to customers for feedback and handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain customer groups in WeChat
- Other duties assigned by COO requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Chinese and English
- Able to use quick book
- Good computer and telephone skills
- Personable, flexible, and able to work independently or part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
