We're a fast-growing multi-location dental group operating across the Greater Toronto Area, built around a simple belief: when patients are treated with care from the very first conversation, everything else follows. We're expanding our operations team and looking for a driven, people-first communicator to lead how we convert new patient inquiries into booked appointments — and eventually, to help us build a best-in-class patient growth function.
About the Role
This is a hybrid calling and coordination role. You'll be on the phones every day, following up with new patient leads, re-engaging lapsed patients, and booking appointments - but you'll also be the person who helps us figure out what great looks like. You'll build the scripts, track the numbers, identify what's working, and over time, help coach the broader team to the same standard.
What You'll Do
- Contact new patient leads promptly via phone and follow-up sequences
- Re-engage patients who are overdue for recall or have not completed recommended treatment
- Book and confirm appointments across our locations using our practice management system
- Track your own conversion metrics weekly and flag trends or blockers
- Build and refine call scripts and objection handling guides
- Eventually oversee and coach 2–3 additional callers as the team grows
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in an outbound sales, patient coordinator, lead follow-up, or customer retention role
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding conversion or booking targets
- Confident phone presence - warm, professional, and persuasive without being pushy
- Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking your own performance data
- Healthcare or dental experience is an asset but not required - we'll train the clinical context
- Someone who takes initiative, owns their numbers, and doesn't wait to be told what to do
What We Offer
- $23–$26/hour base depending on experience
- Performance bonus program tied to conversion and booking targets (up to $6,000/year)

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
