Vos responsabilités
En travaillant aux côtés de gestionnaires de comptes expérimentés, vous apprendrez tous les aspects de l'industrie du transport tout en participant à la coordination des expéditions partout au Canada et aux États-Unis.
Vous serez appelé(e) à :
- Coordonner les expéditions et les demandes de transport.
- Communiquer directement avec les clients et les entreprises de transport.
- Participer à la tarification, à la planification et au suivi des expéditions.
- Résoudre les problèmes afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des livraisons.
- Apprendre quotidiennement auprès de professionnels expérimentés du transport.
- Assumer progressivement davantage de responsabilités afin de favoriser votre développement professionnel et personnel.

Votre attitude est plus importante que votre expérience.
Vous êtes une personne :
- Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Qui apprend rapidement.
- Organisée et fiable.
- Dotée d'excellentes aptitudes en communication.
- À l'aise dans un environnement où les priorités évoluent rapidement et capable de faire preuve d'initiative.
- Qui aime analyser les situations et résoudre des problèmes.

Une expérience dans le domaine du transport est un atout, mais elle n'est pas obligatoire. Que vous ayez travaillé en service à la clientèle, dans le commerce de détail, l'hôtellerie, le secteur bancaire, les assurances, l'administration ou tout autre milieu dynamique, vos compétences pourraient très bien s'y transférer.

What You Will Do
Working alongside experienced Account Managers, you’ll learn every aspect of the transportation business while helping coordinate shipments across Canada and the United States.
You will:
· Coordinate shipments and transportation requests.
· Communicate directly with customers and trucking companies.
· Assist with pricing, scheduling, and shipment updates.
· Solve problems and keep freight moving.
· Learn from experienced transportation professionals every day.
· Have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as you learn to promote professional and personal growth

Transportation experience is welcome but not required. Whether you’ve worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, administration, or another fast-paced environment, your experience may transfer well.
