We are currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Personal Injury law group in our Downtown Office. This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position. Duties & Responsibilities of Position
- Ordering medical reports
- Ordering wage loss reports
- Contacting ICBC, clients, and/or opposing counsel regarding client files
- Preparing client binders and other file materials
- Opening incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail and faxes
- Coordinating and maintaining calendars of PI lawyers
- Filing and other administrative support tasks

Required & Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a Legal Administrative Assistant program
- Minimum 1 year experience in Personal Injury department
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications
- Experience with Elite Workspace is preferred
- Experience with iManage is preferred
- Experience working with Plaintiffs in PI is preferred
Job Details
Job type: in-person, permanent, full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday

Pay: $53,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
