Deliverables

Lead the end-to-end implementation of an enterprise Business Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting platform, managing requirements, solution design, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities while ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Oversee implementation and optimization of Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or comparable FP&A/EPM solutions integrated with SAP, improving planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, statutory reporting, and real-time financial analysis processes.

Lead cross-functional delivery across Finance, IT, business teams, and external vendors, establishing project governance, managing risks and dependencies, defining KPIs, providing executive reporting, and ensuring financial and data integrity throughout implementation.

Drive organizational change and adoption through stakeholder workshops, process improvement, training, communications, and user enablement while identifying opportunities for automation and conducting post-implementation reviews to measure benefits and capture lessons learned.
Experience Required

10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise financial systems and transformation initiatives within complex and/or global organizations.

Proven experience leading implementations of Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and EPM platforms, with SAP integration experience.

Strong understanding of Finance and FP&A processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, statutory reporting, compliance, financial reporting, analytics, and process optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Project Management certification required.

Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, risk/dependency management, testing, user training, and adoption, with consumer products or manufacturing industry experience considered an asset.
