RAPS is Seeking a full time Support worker to assist an individual with Cerebral Palsy (E101)
Location Calgary SE
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 30-40 hours a week * flexible with start time * Daytime
Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: Mechanical transfers using ceiling tract lift, personal care (bathing, dressing, and changing of adult incontinent products), Range of motion and physiotherapy exercises, meal planning and preparation along with feeding assistance, support on outings in the community and accompany to day program.
Qualifications: the successful candidate must have an updated criminal record check containing the Vulnerable sector check portion, , a class 5 driver’s license and vehicle for client transportation * must be willing to provide a driver’s abstract and have valid first aid/CPR certificates. Having the Health Care Aide certificate and experience with disabilities is considered an asset.

Rate of Pay: $22.66 hour
