The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and reliable Level 2 Carpenter to join our growing team on multi-family residential construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their skills and grow within a supportive and safety-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with framing, formwork, and general carpentry tasks under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Support senior carpenters and tradespeople as needed.
As the position evolves, other duties may be required to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and uphold Paragon’s Core Values.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of carpentry or construction experience.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints or drawings.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
Assets:
- Enrollment in or completion of a pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship program.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation.
