We are looking for a skilled carpenter who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy creating, building, and repairing residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, able to take initiative, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Applicants should have strong communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be confident using power tools and standard carpentry equipment. This role may include assisting customers with home improvement projects, completing general maintenance tasks, and responding to emergency repair work when required.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform carpentry tasks including installing door and window frames, wall framing, crown moulding, baseboards, and other finishing details.
- Complete general carpentry repairs and maintenance work.
- Build, install, and repair cabinets, shelving, furniture, and other wood structures.
- Read and follow basic plans, measurements, and project instructions.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and employers.
- Provide courteous, respectful, and reliable service on every job site.
