About the role:
Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Put your skills to work in a role where every day helps customers enjoy their adventures. As an Shop Foreman , you’ll use your expertise by contributing to the profitability of the company through the production of collectible hours, and the assistance of technician and administration teams.
We’re looking for detail-oriented, reliable team players who thrive in a customer-focused environment that values quality service and technical excellence. If you’re ready to combine your mechanical know-how with your love for the outdoors, this is the place for you!
As an Shop Foreman, you’ll be responsible for:

Ensure technicians successfully complete assigned jobs in an efficient manner

Ensure all processes and paperwork for each technician are completed in a timely and accurate manner in collaboration with the service writing team.

Ensure technicians maintain a clean and organized work environment

Provide technical expertise, coaching, and on-the-job training to beginner, intermediate, and expert technicians to increase individual and team performance

Provide technical support and information to service writers, other service administration, management, and customers when appropriate

Provide service management and/or general management with recommended improvements to the service facility, equipment, and tools in order to maximize the efficiency of the service department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Registered as a Journeyman RV Technician (as required by the Alberta Apprenticeship Board)
- Mechanical or technical aptitude (experience an asset)
- Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to provide a personal set of required tools
- Intermediate computer skills
