We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. This role involves providing excellent customer service while handling transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with menu selections
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Process payments using cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Upsell additional items to increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
Qualifications
- Experience in cashiering and using POS systems is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent time management
- Organizational skills to keep track of orders and payments
- Sales experience or willingness to learn
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service-related job is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$19.70 per hour
