We're hiring a part-time Sales Associate to join our Ossington store. This is a floor-first role for someone who loves connecting with people, has a natural sense for service, and takes real pride in creating an experience that feels unmistakably PERMISSION. You'll work alongside our store lead and be a key part of how the brand feels in real life.
Before applying, please note: we're looking for candidates with previous retail experience and hands-on experience with Shopify POS, who are available on weekends. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
2-3 shifts per week, weekends included
$19-$22/hr, based on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Creating a warm, elevated, and deeply knowledgeable customer experience
- Styling customers with confidence and speaking clearly about fit, fabric, function, and how each piece lives in their everyday wardrobe
- Welcoming customers into the PERMISSION world and helping them feel seen, comfortable, and excited to be part of the community
- Keeping the energy on the floor focused, warm, and alive - especially during busy moments
- Supporting daily sales goals while keeping the experience thoughtful, personal, and never transactional
- Resolving customer needs quickly, professionally, and with care
- Receiving incoming shipments, unpacking, organizing, and getting product floor-ready
- Keeping the space clean, considered, and visually aligned with the PERMISSION standard
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
- Bringing good energy, reliability, and a real sense of ownership to every shift
This is a hands-on retail role that requires standing for extended periods and lifting shipment boxes as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous retail sales experience
- Hands-on experience with Shopify POS or similar POS
- Available weekends and able to commit to 2-3 shifts per week
- Genuinely great with people - warm, approachable, and a natural connector
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their shifts
- A team player who's easy to work alongside
- Excited about PERMISSION, the product, and the community
- Looking to grow with a brand that's scaling
