Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a comfortable experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure timely service
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, attentiveness, and a friendly attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces, counters, and serving stations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and uphold food safety standards
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety compliance in all aspects of service
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with customer service and food handling protocols
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve direct guest interaction is advantageous
- Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus, showcasing versatility in beverage service
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the food service environment
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude to create welcoming interactions with guests
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service
