Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently (excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, etc.)
- Perform land breaking, discing, excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation
- Assist with septic system installations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Perform general labour duties as required
Qualifications
- Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Class 5 driver's licence (Class 1 or 3 is considered an asset)
- Experience in excavation, construction, or site development
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Alberta and Northern BC when required
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
