Role Description The Seasonal Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at our boutique in Toronto, ON. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their style preferences, and providing personalized product recommendations that reflect Revelle’s brand vision. The associate will manage fitting room support, process sales transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain organized, visually appealing merchandise displays. Daily tasks also include restocking inventory, keeping the store clean and orderly, and assisting with seasonal promotions or events.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver a high-end shopping experience.
Retail sales experience, including POS operation, cash handling, and basic inventory management.
Interest in fashion and styling, with an eye for trends and the ability to offer confident, tasteful wardrobe suggestions.
Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability and flexibility to work full-time seasonal hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Previous experience in boutique or luxury retail is an asset; multilingual abilities are considered a plus.
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
