Precision Welding is looking for a motivated and dependable Apprentice Welder to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the welding trade while gaining hands-on experience in a professional shop and field environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced welders with fabrication, fitting, and welding tasks.
- Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely.
- Read and follow drawings, work orders, and instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as required.
Qualifications
- Registered as a Welding Apprentice or willing to register.
- Basic knowledge of welding and metal fabrication.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
Assets
- Experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding.
- Forklift or overhead crane experience.
- Construction or industrial experience.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
