LTL Driver
Location: Neepawa, MB with daily travel to Winnipeg

Your days will include:
- Hook up reefer trailers, back into loading docks, and safely transport product or supplies between Neepawa and Winnipeg
- Complete truck and trailer pre-checks to support safe, smooth, and efficient daily operations
- Maintain accurate electronic logs in compliance with driver regulations
- Complete LTL multi-pickups and drops with attention to timing, accuracy, and service
- Prepare bills of lading and transportation documentation accurately and on time
- Represent HyLife professionally and respectfully at customer sites, drop-off points, and on the road
- Support the team by assisting with other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Class 1A license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, including a criminal record check and controlled substance test with a negative result
- Experience driving a truck and trailer in Winnipeg
- Strong communication skills with a respectful and professional approach
- A team-first mindset, including the willingness to lend a hand and report issues promptly
- A strong commitment to safe driving, respectful road conduct, and responsible equipment operation
