About the Role
As our Lead Cleaning Technician & On-Site Manager, you'll lead our cleaning team while helping maintain the high standards our clients expect.
You'll clean homes, train new team members, complete quality checks, and help ensure every job is completed professionally.
You'll also be responsible for transporting and safely storing company equipment between scheduled appointments.
Responsibilities
- Complete professional residential cleaning services.
- Lead and support team members on job sites.
- Train and mentor new cleaners.
- Complete final quality inspections.
- Ensure company cleaning standards are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Transport company equipment to and from job sites.
- Safely store company equipment between shifts.
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Report supply or equipment needs.
Qualifications
- Residential cleaning experience.
- Leadership experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Comfortable using a smartphone.
- Able to lift and transport cleaning equipment.
- Police Information Check.
Equipment Storage & Transportation
This position requires you to safely store company issued cleaning equipment and supplies at your home between scheduled appointments.
You must have a secure, dry storage space, such as a:
- Garage
- Basement
- Spare room
- Storage room
- Large closet
- Secure, weatherproof shed
You will also be responsible for transporting company equipment and supplies to and from each job site using your own reliable vehicle. Your vehicle must have enough cargo space to safely carry vacuums, mops, cleaning products, and other equipment required for residential cleaning services.
