Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to designated areas
- Support the preparation of work sites, including clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times during work activities
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation is preferred for punctuality and attendance
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments
