Role Overview
The Spa Therapist provides relaxation-focused massage services that support clients’ comfort and overall wellness experience. In this role, you will deliver customized, non-RMT massage treatments tailored to individual needs, while maintaining a high standard of care, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform a variety of massage treatments (relaxation, lymphatic drainage, sculpting, etc.) based on client needs
● Conduct client consultations to understand preferences and concerns
● Customize treatments to enhance results and overall experience
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
● Ensure all tools and supplies are prepared and sanitized
● Provide a high level of client care and professionalism
● Educate clients on aftercare and recommend relevant services or products
● Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience
● Uphold Aionios Med Spa’s brand standards and client experience expectations
Qualifications & Requirements
● Certification or training in massage therapy or a related field
● Strong hands-on technique and understanding of body treatments
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
● Ability to work evenings and weekends
● Previous spa or wellness experience is an asset

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
