Berezan Hospitality Group is a family-run company offering great experiences across gaming, hospitality, liquor retail, accommodations, and mountain recreation. We’re looking for Servers to join our team at Chances Castlegar.
We are currently hiring 1 year-round Server and 3 seasonal Servers, with the seasonal positions starting in September.

As a Server, you'll provide friendly, efficient service while creating a great experience for our guests.

Take guest food and beverage orders and make recommendations when appropriate.

Enter orders and transactions accurately into our point-of-sale system (Barnett).

Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately.

Present bills and process guest payments.

Clear tables, remove glassware, and restock supplies as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.

Follow all responsible service, gaming, and company policies and procedures.

Friendly and professional customer service skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.

Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Serving It Right certificate.

Ability to successfully complete the required gaming-related background check.

Must be 19 years of age or older.
