Role Overview
As an Enterprise Customer Specialist at eShipper, you are the dedicated point of contact for our highest-volume accounts. You don't just solve problems you anticipate them. You will manage the end-to-end shipping lifecycle for enterprise partners, ensuring their complex logistics needs are met with precision, speed, and a white-glove service standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary advocate for a portfolio of enterprise clients, conducting regular "health checks" and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Monitor high-value shipments in real-time. Identify potential delays or customs bottlenecks before they impact the client and coordinate immediate solutions with carriers.
- Onboarding & Integration: Guide new enterprise clients through the eShipper platform, assisting with API integrations, store connections (Shopify, Magento, etc.), and workflow customization.
- Claims & Logistics Advocacy: Manage complex claims, freight disputes, and international shipping documentation, leveraging your expertise to ensure favorable outcomes for the client.
- Data Analysis: Generate and present reports, identifying opportunities for clients to save on costs through zone skipping, consolidation, or carrier diversification.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the "voice of the enterprise customer" for the Sales and Product teams to help shape the future of the eShipper platform.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 3 years in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or SaaS Customer Success (Enterprise level preferred).
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of shipping APIs, EDI, and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Logistics Knowledge: You know the difference between LTL and FTL, understand Incoterms, and can navigate international customs requirements with ease.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can explain complex shipping logistics to a CEO or a Warehouse Manager with equal clarity.
- Problem-Solving: A "get it done" attitude. You remain calm under pressure when a high-stakes shipment goes sideways.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
