We are looking for reliable and hardworking associates to work as Food Production Associates for an industrial bakery.
Responsibilities
- Shape, dip, decorate, and package cake pops by hand according to company standards and production targets.
- Inspect ingredients and finished products for consistency in size, appearance, and taste.
- Maintain clean workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all food hygiene, quality, health, and safety guidelines.
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Maintain a fast-paced and productive workflow while ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow food safety and workplace safety requirements.
Workplace Rules
- NO CELL PHONES are allowed on the production floor. Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate dismissal.
- No jewelry, including earrings, bracelets, watches, nose rings, or rings.
- No glass containers, fake nails/eyelashes, or nail polish.
- No food, gum, peanut/nut-based products, seafood, or shellfish.
- No hoodies, loose/baggy clothing, or strong perfumes/scents.
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Gross Pay: $17.60/hour, inclusive of vacation pay and subject to applicable statutory deductions, including income tax, EI, and CPP.
Afternoon Shift Premium: Additional $0.50/hour.
