Working with the Branch Operations Manager the successful applicant will have good organization and customer service skills. Successful candidates must be able to follow the logistics of our products; Argo’s,
Quads, UTV’s and other ATV equipment, through our mechanical shop in a timely fashion while ensuring quality control of all mechanical work. Candidates will be required to deal with our clients in a professional and courteous manner and be able to work cooperatively with the branch staff.
Prior industry knowledge in the ATV equipment rental, servicing and repairs is an asset, the right skill set and attitude is a must. The progressive management team is willing to train the right individual on product knowledge to ensure you are capable of handling the product issues.
Responsibilities:
- Possess the ability to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
- Maintain a knowledge of our rental products.
- Preform maintenance on trailers, ATV’s, Side by Sides, Argos, and Snowmobiles
- Maintain clean working environment
- Assist with general cleaning duties in a shop environment
- Participate with on-call services
- Problem solving from diagnosis to correction
- Ensure that all paperwork is well organized, accurate and completed in a timely fashion
- Work as a team member
- Maintain company safety culture.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years in a similar role in a similar industry.
- Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task during high volume times.
- Good communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to communicate persuasively, excellent telephone manner and excellent customer service attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A team player, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
- A valid Driver’s License and clean abstract.
