AI / GenAI Architecture
- Large Language Models, GenAI applications, agentic AI concepts
- Prompt engineering and prompt optimization
- RAG architecture: vector databases, embeddings, semantic search
- AI workflow orchestration and multi-step automation
- Model evaluation, hallucination reduction, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design
- Responsible AI, AI governance, privacy, security, and risk controls
Software Architecture
- Enterprise solution architecture
- Cloud-native architecture
- API-first design
- Microservices and modular platform design
- Event-driven architecture
- Integration patterns across legacy and modern systems
- Scalable, secure, maintainable system design
Principal Software Development
- Backend development experience
- Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar enterprise languages, REact
- REST APIs and GraphQL
- Data structures, system design, design patterns
- Code review, technical standards, reusable components
- Application modernization and legacy system transformation
Cloud, DevOps & Platform Engineering
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Containers, Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- DevOps practices
- Infrastructure-as-code awareness
- Observability, logging, monitoring, and production support
Data & Integration
- Data pipelines and data orchestration
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus
- ETL/ELT concepts
- Enterprise integration, APIs, message queues, and event streaming
- Data quality, data governance, and access control

- Evaluate emerging AI tools, vendors, and platforms
- Move ideas from brainstorming to working prototype to scalable platform
- Drive practical adoption, not just experimentation
