- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional, clear communication with sub-trades, vendors, and clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Travel Mobility: Travel across Canada as required to actively manage and deliver projects on the ground.
Hands-on Carpentry & Maintenance

- Site Upkeep: Ensure a clean, professional, and accessible job site at all times (including debris removal, snow clearing, and pressure washing as needed).
- Tool Operation: Competently operate hand and power tools to assist trades and complete self-perform scopes.
Safety & Quality Assurance
- Safety Documentation: Conduct Daily Hazard Assessments and complete all required safety paperwork to maintain a zero-incident job site.
- Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with local building codes, corporate quality benchmarks, and provincial health and safety regulations.
- Quality Controls: Complete thorough milestone checks on framing, insulation, foundations, and pre-occupancy standards.
